Tim, hailing from Miramichi, New Brunswick, is an incredibly talented multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and music teacher. With roots in traditional, gospel, blues, rock and bluegrass music, his experience and musical style contributes significantly to the sound of The Band River. As a band leader in various groups, including Before Monday, Chillin' Sound & Riverside Revival, Tim's passion for music and teaching inspires those around him, making him a beloved figure in his community. This talents on his instruments are only overshadowed by his strong, harmonious and gritty vocal ability.
Sarah Watson

Sarah is a musician, songwriter and performer from picturesque and magical, Prince Edward Island. This musically drenched Island is where her passion for live performance first flourished. She draws inspiration from her family's deep love of country and Americana music as well as the rich sounds of traditional Celtic & Acadian music. Through her song writing and live performances, Sarah connects genuinely with her audiences, honoring her heritage while carving out her own unique presence in the music scene.
Wayne Hingley
Bass | Mandolin | Harmonica | Vocals
Wayne's songwriting highlights his artistry, crafting lyrics that evoke deep emotions—sometimes throwing in a laugh when you least expect it. By drawing from his personal experiences, he builds a strong connection with listeners while exploring themes of love and perseverance, showing that life can be both serious and lighthearted. His outstanding bass and rhythm skills, create a dynamic backbone the band's music. As a multi-instrumentalist, he is able to blend the rhythm of his bass playing with melody from his other instruments (harmonica & mandolin) seamlessly. Together, these elements amplify an emotional impact, making every performance not only resonate with his audience but also bring a smile to their faces.
